Approved account customers: Nett 30 days from date of invoice, by cheque, BACS or any major credit / debit card.
Non account customers: Payment by cheque, BACS free, or any major credit / debit card on receipt of pro-forma invoice 2.75% charge.

Items held in stock will usually be despatched within 2-3 working days from date of order.
We aim to deliver goods both from ourselves and our suppliers within 7 working days from date of order, but please do not hesitate to phone for our best delivery dates. (Subject to stock availability).
Carriage charges for items held in stock by Anti-Ligature Shop Ltd:
Prices are dependant on the individual item or full order quantity when consolidated.
Carriage charges for items ordered directly from Suppliers:
Prices are dependant on individual suppliers' carriage charges.
Please note: To avoid unnecessary carriage charges, please consolidate orders prior to ordering.
Re-stocking charge is charged up to 40% of total invoice value.

High risk approved products are safe for all locations, caution must be taken when specifying a High Risk product in a Low Risk location. Though High Risk products may be safe for all areas, they may not be appropiate for all areas. Determining an individual room's risk assignment will depend on a room by room Risk Assessment of all areas of the facility which has been conducted specifically for your facility using your hospital systems's own risk assessment tool. The following are typical groupings of room risk, your hospitals/enviroment may vary based upon patient profile, staffing, or unit geography.

|High Secure - Typical High Risk Areas:
Patient is difficult to manage, or risk of solitary and/or unsupervised use in the following areas: Patient Bedrooms, Bathroom/Toilet Rooms, Seclusion Rooms, Comfort Rooms.
|Medium Secure - Typical Medium Risk Areas:
Patient access is controlled, or use is supervised with no solitary unsupervised use: Living room, Dining Room, Group Room, Bedrooms.
|Low Secure - Typical Low Risk Areas:
No Patient use or constantly supervised: Medications rooms, Offices, Corridors, Clean and Soiled Utilility Room
