Exidor’s heavy duty floor springs are the perfect solution for demanding door environments. The 3470 electromagnetic floor spring offers a power size 4 and a weight capacity level of up to 400kg. The hold open function can be linked to the building’s fire alarm system so that, when activated, the power is cut to the floor spring allowing the ‘hold open’ to release and the unit to close the door. The quality, durability and performance of Exidor’s floor springs makes them ideal for use in most environments. The 3470 is available as either single action or double action and can be supplied either as a mechanism and box only or with fittings and cover plate.
