Description
The Anti Ligature Classic Grip pull handle is a solid handle that has a very large finger grip area making it ideal for the less able. It is shaped to resist ligature attachment and designed for better infection control. The KG61 version is a bolt fixed version that is either used with an KG60 the other side of the door or cupboard or riser doors.
Installation Description
Mark out the two bolt holes
Drill the holes using a 10mm bit
Attach the handle to the door using the two countersunk bolt supplied
Operation
The Classic Grip has been designed to allow 30mm of grip area for the fingers and the
thumb to support on the back face to give a very positive grip making it easier to open
heavy doors.
Maintenance
The Classic Grip handle is largely maintenance free. Periodic checks should be made to the
fixings that they remain tight and that they have not been tampered with.
Cleaning
Cleaning of the Classic Grip handles should be with a damp cloth. Cleaning agents should be avoided.
