You will require a Primera anti-barricade emergency kit to fit this lock – if you do not have one then it is essential that you order PR-7238-ABK
For doors that need to be controlled by a staff key, this lockset is ideal. The locking arrangement is limited to one side of the door only and is perfectly suited to en-suite bathrooms and laundry rooms.
As this lockset is supplied without an internal turn/pull it can reduce service user misuse. As such a service user does not have the capacity to prevent another service user from entering the room when the door has been unlocked by clinical staff key. This makes is particularly suitable for laundry rooms or any other common room that has no need for internal locking.
With anti-ligature pull handles on both sides of the door, the “76” option includes a robust deadlock and is equipped with a medium-sprung heavy-duty roller catch which allows the client to open or close the door without the need of a lever handle.
Inside. Pull handle only. No ability to lock the door
Outside The door can only be locked or unlocked using a key, generally staff only
