Wherever a manual locking regime is preferred this lockset is ideal. This lockset is operated by a key from both sides of the door. It was designed initially for communal rooms to prevent to reduce misuse from service users, but is becoming widely used for en-suite bathrooms in CAMHS units and other challenging environments because the door can be locked in both the closed and the open position – assuming a suitable locking post is installed.
When in the unlocked position, the door is held closed by means of a medium-sprung adjustable roller catch which negates the need for lever handles. As standard, it includes an anti-ligature pull handle on both faces of the door.
Inside/Outside The door can only be locked or unlocked using a key, generally staff only
