The CIG-PR-CT is a high-security, flameless cigarette lighter developed specifically for environments where naked flames pose safety risks, such as mental health facilities, prisons, and secure units.
Crafted from marine-grade stainless steel, the lighter is flush-mounted, eliminating protruding edges to provide an anti-ligature and vandal-resistant solution. It features an illuminated push-button and anti-tamper fixings as standard, and is rated IP65, making it suitable for outdoor use in all weather conditions.
The unit operates on a timed safety cycle, meaning once the button is pressed and released, it heats up, runs through a full cycle including cool-down, and cannot be restarted until the cycle completes, ensuring controlled and safe use.

Operation
The unit runs on a control timer. When the illuminated push button is pressed and released, the internal heating element activates. The cycle includes:

The cycle cannot be restarted until completed, ensuring safety and preventing misuse.
