The ALS Unframed Ventilation Grille range provides a robust, hygienic and ligature-resistant solution for secure environments.
Manufactured from 1.5mm 430 stainless steel, these grilles are designed to meet MOJ/STD/XSPEC/063 specifications, making them suitable for mental health facilities, custodial settings, and other safety-critical applications.

- Ligature-resistant design – secure and robust
- Made from durable 1.5mm 430 stainless steel
- Thermashield anti-microbial polyester powder coating (>99.9% kill rate against MRSA and E. coli)
- IP3X rated – prevents insertion of objects larger than 25mm
- Supplied with Torx Pin Head security fixings
- Anti-bacterial RAL 9003 white finish (other RAL colours available)
- 2.2mm ventilation holes, 5mm pitch
- Bespoke sizes available on request
- Recommended for use with anti-pick sealant (ANTIP110 White)
- Suitable for high secure mental health and custodial environments
