- Reduced tolerance of 0.35mm between sliding rails and track.
- Angled chamfer to the bottom edge on each track.
- Comes with 2x security screws.
Installation:
- Surface around the ready must be clean and clear on any debris.
- The sign must not bridge any gaps in the substrate.
- Any holes in the substrate prior to installation must be filled and allowed to harden and sanded smooth before securing the shroud.
- Level and pilot hole each position in turn.
- Secure using the 2 security screws provided.
- A small bead of anti-pick sealant (AP110) is recommended to bed the shroud on to the substrate and to also seal around the edges.
Cleaning:
-PLA sign, slider & inside backplate: use mild detergent on a damp cloth.
